Education and Life Skills
Our education program addresses the topics that come up most during pregnancy and parenthood:
- Prenatal health and nutrition
- Labor and delivery
- Newborn and infant care

- Budgeting and financial planning

- Life skills for lasting stability
Sessions are conducted primarily through online video sessions at your pace and when you have the time. Both women and men are welcome to participate.
Fatherhood Coaching
Fathers matter. When a father is present, engaged, and equipped, it changes the trajectory of his child’s life. It also changes his own life for the better.
Our fatherhood coaching program is designed for men who want to step up and need support doing it. Whether a father is fully committed and eager to learn or still figuring out what his role looks like, our team meets him where he is.
Coaching covers practical topics like financial responsibility, co-parenting communication, infant care, and what it means to show up consistently for a child, alongside the bigger, harder conversations about identity, purpose, and what kind of father he wants to be.

Prenatal Vitamins
Starting prenatal vitamins early in pregnancy supports healthy fetal development. Our clinic provides prenatal vitamins to clients at no cost; ask our team about this at your appointment.
Material Assistance
We provide material support through participation in our parenting classes to help clients meet the practical needs of pregnancy and early parenting.
Available items vary and may include clothing, diapers, car seats, strollers, cribs, and other essentials.
Abortion Pill Reversal Referrals
If you have taken the first drug in a medical abortion and are having second thoughts, time is critical. Abortion pill reversal may be able to counteract the effects of mifepristone if treatment begins quickly enough.
